Sarah Rafferty
Sarah was a huge fan of the stage at a very young stage, even though she was still in high school. In order to avoid being late to field-hockey practice and to avoid being late for field-hockey, her drama instructor told her that she should not practice and instead of joining the cast of Richard III. This was when Sarah's love for acting began. Sarah was able to blend her passion for acting and the academics she pursued by double-majoring in English at Hamilton College and pursuing a study abroad program at London, Oxford and London in her junior year. When she graduated at the Hamilton College magnacum laude she went on through Yale Drama School. Sarah's parents urged her to pursue her passion with the art. Their father was a successful artist and her mother is the chair of the English Department of the Convent of the Sacred Heart, Greenwich CT. It is clear that her studies and talent were rewarded. She has also appeared in a variety of TV shows like Law and Order Six Feet Under Brothers & Sisters Samantha Who? Bones, Bones with CSI Miami and the feature film Four Single Fathers Falling For Grace as well as countless professional shows like As You Like It. In addition to her roles as an actor on TV, Sarah has been a spokesperson for her organization, the Alzheimer's Association and consistently speaks about Alzheimer's disease. Sarah has been a three-time sardi's host, and she was a presenter at the Sardi's final event in March 2016 as well. Sarah currently resides on both east and west coasts with her husband and two daughters and travels back and forth to Toronto for jobs.
